About the Pool

The pool is virtually maintenance free.  Its filter and automatic vaccuu run on a timer and the automatic cover keeps the pool free of debris and minimizes evaporation and chlorine loss.  Chemicals cost about $300 a year.  Water can be left in the pool over the winter although the level is lowered and the lines blown out in the fall by a pool company who also installs the winter cover.  Opening the pool in the spring is a simple process and can be done by the residents or the pool company.
