She contacts realtors who have shown the property to follow-up and provided us with ongoing feedback from these prospects.  She is an excellent negotiator which we experienced during the contract process and to boot, when we had to deal with some (minor) electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs as part of the home inspection contingency, she took care of getting all of that done via her network of contractors, etc...we didn't have to do a thing and pricing was very reasonable.
