I am a REALTOR®, and have served buyers and sellers in Washington DC and Montgomery County since 1994, building my business, as well as enduring client relationships, through my conscientious and attentive work.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and different types of properties. Clients include first-time home-buyers, homebuyers buying up, sellers in transition to smaller homes, investment buyers, as well as custom home-builders. In addition, a number of attorneys entrust me with their clients and refer to me complicated estate, bankruptcy and divorce transactions. My sellers know I devote a substantial amount of time and effort to staging and presentation, in order to skillfully market their homes and neighborhoods through the Internet, paid advertising, and printed materials. My buyers rely on my savvy contract writing, solid command of negotiation and “street smarts” - my three team members and I grew up in the area and know the neighborhoods down to the shortcuts and back alleys!
